Within SINGAPORE

We offer Local registered mail or courier for deliveries within Singapore. Delivery within Singapore is free for orders above S$400

 

Local Courier

The fastest way to get your package and also the best option for larger packages.  For orders below S$400 it costs S$8.00 to all locations within Singapore. Deliveries will be made using hand courier service within 1-3 days (excluding weekends and public holidays).  Delivery can be made everyday with 4 possible time slots, either in the morning 9am to 12pm, afternoon between 12pm to 3pm and 3 pm-6 pm and evening from 6pm to 10pm. If you have any particular timing that you prefer, be sure to specify it under the "Comments" box during checkout, we would otherwise instruct the courier company to deliver the package to you as soon as they can. Local Registered Mail

 The most effective & economical way to send small items up to 1 kg. For orders below S$400 it costs only S$4 to send a package to any Singapore address. Delivery is usually done within 2 to 5 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Tracking is possible with a tracking number on the SingPost website.

 

Malaysia and Indonesia 

We offer registered mail for deliveries to Malaysia and Indonesia. Delivery time is 4-8 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) and costs from $8 to $20, depending on the order size. The shipping cost will automatically appear during the checkout.

 

Other Countries

For other countries we ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Returns Policy

You may return unopened items in saleable condition within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.

We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). The return must be shipped via regular mail (Singpost for Singapore) with tracking number.


You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Our 7 days return policy does not apply to items in clearance section, pre-ordered goods, and custom-made goods. Please note, “saleable condition” refers to both the product and its packaging and we regret that items not in ‘as-new’ condition will be returned at the sender's expense.

VR1 reserves the right not to accept any used items/ items with damaged packaging returned to us. In the event a return cannot be accepted, the sender will bear all costs in having the item sent back to the sender's address.
